Online (E-learning) Course Registrations
Paid course registrations are non-refundable. Users must ensure that they have a compatible device to view the course videos, applicable website and other related materials. Devices must have the ability to play sound and run Adobe Flash or equivalent. Users are issued unique login credentials and are permitted access to the training as a user only. Courses are not permitted to be downloaded and registration/participation does not constitute ownership of the material.
Unused registrations – in the event course registrations are purchased but have not been started, users can request the registration to be transferred to another individual. Courses that have been started cannot be transferred.
Duplicate purchases – It is the users responsibility to make only the purchases they desire. We cannot guarantee any refund of valid purchases that are made in error. The unused registrations can however be transferred to another individual.
It is responsibility of the user to have internet access and a compatible device to view course material.
Any and all content provided, viewed, accessed or otherwise associated with any training course is copyrighted material and may not be copied, altered, or used in any form including derivative works without express written permission of Truck Safety Services LLC.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Sensitive information (such as credit card data) is securely transmitted via a third party processor, Authorize.net. We do not collect or store card information.
Registration
In order to use some of our services, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to access training courses, contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
Cookies
We use “cookies” to track and save progress of training courses. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.
