Product Refund Policy Compliance products are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Access to online training programs are non-refundable. Registrations may be transfered to a different individual prior to starting the program. Once a user begins the program, the registration is no longer transferable.
Online training programs must be completed within the alotted time frame specified in your course enrollment. If course is not completed within the specified period, user accounts may be placed inactive and all course progress (including scores on completed quizes) may be lost. If a user account is placed inactive because of missing the course deadline, users can request to restart the course. Requests can be made by email to email@example.com or by calling Toll Free 855-228-5224 Mon-Fri 10am to 5pm EST.
Course Retakes Once a passing score has been achieved, the course will no longer be available to the user.
Classroom Training Registrations must be paid in full to hold a seat in the program. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses and in such cases, any paid registrations will be refunded. Registrations must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the training program to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the program will receive a credit equal to the amount paid that can be applied toward a future training program registration fee.
